Ellen is a seasoned leader, executive coach, and learning practitioner who has successfully applied her leadership and general management skills to a wide range of business issues including strategic planning and execution, leadership development, workforce planning, learning strategy creation and execution, product development and pricing, delivery process design and management.
She specializes in building and delivering business-focused learning solutions in three ways: 1. Improving executive and management effectiveness through Executive Coaching and leadership development, 2.
Designing and implementing learning solutions that build high-performing organizations, and 3. Assessing and structuring learning organizations that deliver business results.
Ellen spent 20 years at The Forum Corporation, a global leader in learning. Prior to joining Forum, she spent 10 years in the banking industry at BayBanks, a New England regional bank. At BayBanks she held a number of positions including VP Training and Development.
Ellen has worked in a variety of industries including, professional services, financial services, high tech, health care, insurance, automotive, aerospace, consumer products, and utilities. In addition to being certified in Social Fitness Training TM with Courageous Leadership, Ellen also holds a Results-Based Coach certification from the NeuroLeadership Group, earned a B.A. from Williams College, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
