VP of Brand Strategy
As the VP of Brand Strategy for Courageous Leadership, Glenda Gracia uses her experience cultivating distinguished careers in business, talent management, and life coaching to guide our team on developing our brand and services. A Temple Law School graduate, Glenda has managed the business affairs for CBS Television Network Entertainment programs; served as the founding Executive Director of the Black Music Association where she worked with President Jimmy Carter to launch the perennial celebration of Black Music Month each June; held leadership as VP/General Manager for Red Tettemer, a boutique-styled marketing communications agency in Philadelphia; and, through her own firm, managed many talented artists in the music, film and television industries.
During her career, Glenda has worked with such luminaries as Oprah Winfrey, Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones, and more. She has also served as a chapter board member for NARAS, the producers of the Grammys; and, has held leadership roles for civic organizations affiliated with the City of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania.
