Susan Strasburger, Ph.D.
Susan Strasburger has been a management consultant, coach and group facilitator for over 20 years. Committed to leveraging diversity, Susan designs customized learning processes that result in strategic personal as well as organizational change.
With degrees from Yale University and Mills College, and certifications in MBTI and Re-Evaluation Counseling, Susan incorporates a strong theoretical framework to her wide range of client-focused skills. Susan’s work is also deeply rooted in the collaborative model of Interaction Associates, whose Leadership and Facilitation courses she has delivered internationally. Susan consults with both C-level leaders and staff, individually and cross-departmentally. Corporate clients have included Genentech, Ernst & Young, Hewlett-Packard, and Bank of America; nonprofit clients include Ms. Foundation, American Rights at Work, Global Fund for Women and San Francisco Food Bank.
