Courageous Leadership Skills for Equity and Inclusion at California Institute of Integral Studies

We're offering a new class at the California Institute of Integral Studies to provide evidence-based tools to help us all create a more inclusive, courageous society. In four sessions, develop the self-awareness and knowledge of the strategies that create (and hinder) the conditions for more inclusive relationships and environments. Each session offers time to learn and practice with evidence-based tools while working in groups on real-life situations that also teach the social science behind unconscious bias, motivated reasoning, and other forms of situational and social pressures in our lives that have us act outside of our values and unintentionally support unjust dynamics and systems.
