Courageous Leadership Supporting American Leadership Forum Fellows

We were honored to work with the American Leadership Forum (ALF) to support their incoming fellows, leaders from all areas of society, in their year-long leadership program. Founded in 1980 by Joe Jaworski & joined by John Gardner, ALF focuses on building more skillful, ethical, and effective local leadership with the idea that a cross-section of leadership together could solve the most complex societal problems. We provided our evidence-based tools to enhance mindfulness and consistently notice often invisible social and systemic pressures that can easily have us act outside of our values and best thinking in order to consistently take wise and ethically courageous action.
